Put a tool library in the back room at the Methodist hall
Kearsley Methodist Church hall
The hall has a dry back room sitting empty four days a week. Proposal is a shared tool library — SDS drill, tile cutter, pressure washer, scaffold tower, strimmer — borrowed on a deposit, stored on a rack we build ourselves.
Cost below is the rack, the starting tools second-hand, and a year of insurance. Ongoing cost is nil if borrowing covers replacement. Objections stay published: if you think this competes with the hire shop on Bolton Road, say so here and it goes in the ledger.
Fund a shared tool library from the ward sponsorship pot, and ask the hall trustees for the back room.

- Objection — Insurance quote looks light for power tools. Get a second quote before anyone votes on this.
- Objection — The hall trustees have not been asked yet. Order of operations is wrong.
