The community hall
The community hall has a dry back room sitting empty four days a week. Proposal is a shared tool library — drill, tile cutter, pressure washer, ladder, strimmer — borrowed on a deposit, stored on a rack we build ourselves.
Cost below is the rack, the starting tools second-hand, and a year of insurance. Objections stay published: if you think this competes with a local hire shop, say so here and it goes in the record.
